We became "an item" in April and haven't looked back since in 8 months. She had met up with a few people from your site and was on the point of giving up when she had a last chance with me. We had a wonderful holiday together in August - we were looking forward to it so much but it far exceeded our best hopes! As an ODDA Member we are required to have appropriate and effective arrangements in place for dealing with complaints and enquiries.

The ODDA provides general information on common enquiries users have about dating services but will not deal directly with individual complaints which are properly the responsibility of member companies. The ODDA monitors enquiry and complaint levels and the issues complained about. It can intervene if it sees worrying trends or serious matters of concern.
