Thank you so much for the very personalised reply. That is really clear and I have now done that. So much better than other sites which are just awful in comparison - and their customer service is simply terrible! They just use standard paragraphs to reply to queries and I wouldn't put it past them to use AI for the replies are they are rubbish and never answer a direct question.

As an ODDA Member we are required to have appropriate and effective arrangements in place for dealing with complaints and enquiries.

The ODDA provides general information on common enquiries users have about dating services but will not deal directly with individual complaints which are properly the responsibility of member companies. The ODDA monitors enquiry and complaint levels and the issues complained about. It can intervene if it sees worrying trends or serious matters of concern.
